Rob Ries

Rob joined Copper Real Estate in 2024 as Development Associate to provide oversite of the development process, and generate a pipeline of new projects across Texas.

Prior to joining Copper, Rob worked as a Development Analyst for Alamo Manhattan where he oversaw the development of several multifamily projects.

From 2020 to 2022, Rob worked for Lennar Multifamily Communities as a Development Associate in their Texas Division. While there, he analyzed new development targets, oversaw due diligence for several acquisitions, and managed the design team for new multifamily developments.

Prior to joining LMC, Rob worked for GE as a financial analyst.

Rob graduated from Yale University in 2017 with a B.A. in History.
