Jay Graham

Jay joined Copper Real Estate in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Construction.

Across his 39 year career in multifamily construction, he has worked with some of the top developers in the nation, including Quarterra (Lennar), JLB Partners, Lincoln Property Company, Erickson, and JPI.

Prior to joining Copper, Jay most recently served as Senior Vice President of Construction for Quarterra (formerly Lennar Multifamily Communities) from 2017-2023. While there, Jay oversaw all construction activities for the Central Region - which included projects across Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Illinois, and Minnesota. These projects included High Rise, Midrise (steel frame), Podium (wood frame), Wrap, and Garden communities.

Jay received a B.S. in Building Construction from Texas A&M University.
